In-store sessions hosted with our practitioner-grade brand partners — direct exposure to the products, the formulators, and the clinical reasoning behind each line. A practical way for CCNM interns to build product literacy fast and ask the questions a label can't answer.

What to expect at a Product Info Day

Each session is hosted in-store at BMS Resources by a brand representative — usually the formulator, clinical educator, or senior product specialist. Format varies a little by brand, but most days follow the same flow.

Brand & formulation overview

Why the line exists, what differentiates the formulations, and what the manufacturing standards look like behind the label.

Clinical use cases

Worked examples of how the brand's products are used in real patient encounters — where they fit, what to pair them with, common pitfalls.

Open Q&A

Bring your case questions, dosing edge cases, interaction concerns. The brand reps know their products at a depth labels never capture.

Samples & product handling

Where the brand allows, samples and demo units are available so you can see, smell, and feel the actual products before recommending them.

Why interns should attend

Five reasons these days reliably pay off for CCNM interns:

  • Build product literacy fast. The difference between brands matters at the dose / form / bioavailability level. One hour with a brand rep compresses what would take a week of label reading.
  • Hear the clinical "why" behind each formulation. Brand educators are usually clinicians themselves — the rationale they share is patient-tested, not just marketing.
  • Network with the people behind the products. When a complicated case comes up after you graduate, knowing who to email is worth more than any handout.
  • Get answers labels don't give. Excipients, manufacturing changes, sourcing, stability, drug interactions, contraindication nuance.
  • Inform your own dispensary choices later. When you eventually build your own clinic dispensary, you'll already have a feel for which lines belong on the shelf.
