Scullcap is a member of the mint family. Scullcap is commonly used in European nighttime rest formulas.

Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to stress); to help relieve nervousness; and to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation.

Adults take 2 capsules per day.
