DESCRIPTION

Whole Earth & Sea Pure Food Herring Gold comes from sustainably harvested spring-spawning Norwegian herring roe. It is a natural source of omega-3 DHA and EPA in an easily absorbed phospholipid form. Herring Gold also contains choline important for brain and liver function and astaxanthin a powerful antioxidant.

Each 1000 mg softgel contains:

ROMEGA® 30 (herring roe extract) (Clupea harengus) 1000 mg

Total omega-3 fatty acids 290 mg

  DHA 130 mg

  EPA 100 mg

Total phospholipids 280 mg

  DHA phospholipids 79 mg

  EPA phospholipids 30 mg

Choline (natural) 40 mg

Astaxanthin (natural) 560 mcg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), fish oil (anchovy, sardine, and/or mackerel), natural mixed tocopherols.

RECOMMENDED USE

1-2 500 mg softgels daily, or 1-1000 mg softgel as directed by a health care practitioner.
