DESCRIPTION

Herbal hepatic support with flavonoid phytosomes for enhanced absorption. The primary efficacious agent is the yellow pigment curcumin.

Curcumin's hepatoprotective activity is likely due to its strong antioxidant activity and potential to maintain the body's normal inflammatory response.

Binding curcumin to the hepatoprotective phospholipid phosphatidylcholine (as Meriva) not only increases bioavailability but enhances its hepatoprotective effects.

INGREDIENTS

Per Capsule:
Silybin-Phosphatidylcholine complex ...................150 mg 
    (silybin from Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) (fruit) bound to phosphatidylcholine from Glycine max) 
    Standardized to contain 30% silybin 
Cynara scolymus (Artichoke) leaf extract 4:1 .......150 mg 
    Dry equivalent 600 mg/capsule 
Curcuminoids-Phosphatidylcholine complex ............90 mg 
    (Curcuma longa (root) / Glycine max (soybean)) 
    Standardized to 33% curcuminoids

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, L-Leucine, and Silicon Dioxide.

RECOMMENDED DOSE

1 capsule three times daily, or as recommended by a health-care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.

CAUTIONS

Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have excess stomach acid, or if you have stomach ulcers or gallstones. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Do not use this product if you are allergic to the Asteracae/ Compositae (daisy) family. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have a bile duct obstruction.

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
