DESCRIPTION

Convenient dose of just one therapeutic-potency tablet to take at or before bedtime delivered in tiny, fast-dissolving tablets that can be dissolved sublingually, chewed, swallowed whole, or dissolved in any liquid.

FEATURES

• Helps increase total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, e.g. shift-work and jet lag.

INGREDIENTS

Each sublingual tablet contains:

Melatonin.......................5 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: isomalt, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), croscarmellose sodium, calcium silicate, natural mint flavour.

Contains no wheat, gluten, peanuts or soy.

SUGGESTED DOSE

ADULT Take 1 tablet 1 time daily, dissolve under the tongue, at or before bedtime only, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
