Pure Encapsulations M/R/S Mushroom Formula provides a dynamic combination of maitake, reishi, and shiitake mushrooms for promoting optimal immune system health and exceptional broad-spectrum physiological support.

INGREDIENTS

Each Vegetarian Capsules Contains:

Shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes) extract .........250 mg. (whole plant body)

Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) extract ......250 mg. (whole plant body)

Maitake mushroom (Grifola frondosa) extract .........250 mg. (whole plant body) (4:1)

Vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) .............................8 mg

SUGGESTED DOSE

1-2 capsules daily, in divided doses with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

CAUTIONS

If pregnant or lactating, consult your physician before taking this product. Mild gastrointestinal upset, dry mouth and throat, dizziness, and nosebleeds have been reported in rare cases with the use of reishi mushroom.

Reishi mushroom extract is not recommended for those taking blood thinning medications.
