SUGGESTED DOSE

2 capsules per day, in divided doses, with meals. 

CAUTIONS

If pregnant or lactating, consult your physician before taking this product. Rare side effects of PABA and chondroitin found in hydrolyzed type II collagen include nausea, heartburn, diarrhea and constipation, drowsiness, skin reactions, or headache. Rare Cases of liver toxicity from high doses of PABA(12-48 grams per day) have also been reported. Consult your physician for more information.

INTERACTIONS

CoQ10 and grape seed extract may be contra-indicated with blood thinning medications. 

PABA may decrease the metabolism of cortisone medications. 

PABA would be contra-indicated with dapsone and sulphonamide antibiotics.
