• PK 37 SPECIOL (SPECI-CHOL) support for functional disturbances of the pancreas, including reduced secretion of digestive enzymes and insufficient production of the hormones insulin and glucagon. It’s also vital support for the liver, gallbladder and stomach with a comprehensive therapy.

• Dosage and administration:
