Each non-GMO vegetable capsule contains:

Iron (from iron bisglycinate).........................................................30 mg

Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride)...............................................5 mg

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5²-phosphate)..............................................5 mg

Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).................................................400 mcg

L-Methylfolate (from calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate).............500 mcg

Copper (from cupric citrate)...........................................................1 mg

Riboflavin (riboflavin-5²-phosphate sodium).....................................5 mg

Vitamin B3 (inositol hexanicotinate, flush-free).................................5 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adolescents ‰¥9 yrs and adults:

Take 1 capsule daily with food. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Each capsule provides 30 mg of elemental iron.

CONTAINS NO Gluten, soy, wheat, dairy, eggs, yeast, sugar, starch, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour.
