Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) is a medicinal plant reputed for it's use as a spice and herbal remedy in China and India for over 2000 years. In Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric is used for common eye infections, wounds, respiratory ailments, and childbirth. Curcumin, the major bioactive curcuminoid, has poor oral bioavailability owing to its low water solubility, rapid biotransformation via phase II metabolism, and systemic elimination. Curcumin H2O SAP delivers water soluble curcuminoids for enhanced absorption, plasma bioavailability and stability.

Ingredients

Each vegetable capsule contains:
Turmeric (Curcuma longa L. rhizome,) 10% Curcuminoids (Water soluble)	500 mg
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Contains no

Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Directions for use

Adults: Take 1 capsule one to two times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
