DIRECTIONS

Adults take 2 capsules twice per day with water at mealtimes.

WARNINGS

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Elderflower should be avoided in patients with known allergy to plants in the Caprifoliaceae family. If you are taking any diuretic; and/or laxative, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you are taking any hypnotic and or anxiolytic drug, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking other diuretic products, do not use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing.
