Dosage

Recommended adult dose: Add 1 scoop (26 g) to 180 mL of water and shake in a shaker cup. Use 1–3 scoops daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use in the following cases: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are allergic to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato), if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulant agents/blood thinners, anti-inflammatory agents or antibiotics, if you have a liver or kidney disease, or if you are having surgery.
