DESCRIPTION

Valerian 4:1 Extract (Valeriana officinalis) (root)
(Standardized to 0.8% valerenic acid).................................100 mg

Skullcap Powder (Scutellaria lateriflora) (aerial)....................100 mg

Passion Flower 4:1 Extract
(Passiflora incarnata) (flower) ............................................50 mg

Hops Powder (Humulus lupulus) (flower)..............................50 mg

Hops 5:1 Extract (Humulus lupulus) (flower).........................25 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), rice starch.

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 1–3 capsules daily at bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner. For occasional use only.

Caution

Do not exceed recommended dose unless advised by a health care practitioner. May cause drowsiness.
