Each tablet contains:

Melatonin (non-animal source)................3 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients

Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, natural peppermint flavour, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: All uses except abdominal pain: Take as needed; allow to dissolve under the tongue 1–3 tablets once daily, 10 to 30 minutes before bedtime, or use as directed by a health care practitioner.

Abdominal pain: At bedtime only; allow to dissolve under the tongue 1–3 tablets once daily, or use as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Caution

When using this product, avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness, driving or using machinery for 5 hours. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or kidney disease, seizure disorder, asthma, or diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking steroids or blood thinners, medications for seizure or blood pressure, or medications to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state, or to increase sedation. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. Keep out of the reach of children.
