Each caplet contains:

Magnesium (oxide, malate, glycerophosphate) 250 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], polydextrose, titanium dioxide, triacetin, polyethylene glycol), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 1 caplet 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Prevent magnesium deficiency: 2 caplets daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Caution
