Non-medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin), stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 1 tablet daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use.

Caution

For adult use only. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking sulfonamides, an anticoagulant/blood thinner or an anti-inflammatory, have a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, a peptic ulcer or excess stomach acid, allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato), are having surgery, or are taking prescription medication, as citrus bioflavonoids may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Available in a child resistant package. Keep out of the reach of children.
