DIRECTIONS FOR USE

(For adult use) Blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (52 grams) of UltraMeal® Rice with 237 ml (8 fl oz) of chilled water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

WARNINGS

If pregnant or breast-feeding consult your healthcare practitioner before use. May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/ or abdominal cramps. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if these symptoms are severe. Do not use following vigorous exercise or acute dehydration. Do not use if you have a gastrointestinal ulceration or obstruction. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
