Each capsule contains 1 billion CFUs† :

Lactobacillus paracasei 8700:   20.5 billion CFUs 

Lactobacillus plantarum HEAL  90.5 billion CFUs  

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Corn starch, magnesium stearate (veg.), and capsule (hypromellose, gellan gum).

Recommended Use: Helps to reduce the number and/or severity of symptoms associated with the common cold.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adults, adolescents, and children take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.

WARNINGS

Do not use this product if you have an immunecompromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhoea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. If symptoms of common cold worsen or persist for more than 7 days, consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
