Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, calcium silicate, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 tablet twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Recommended Use: Helps to relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis of the knee.
