DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take one tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

WARNINGS

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, taking medications or sulfonamides. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
