DIRECTIONS FOR USE

(For adult use)

Blend, shake or briskly stir 2 level scoops (60 grams) of GI Sustain„ with 237 ml (8 fl oz) of water or juice 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

WARNINGS

If pregnant or breast-feeding consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Some people may experience abdominal or gastrointestinal discomfort. May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/or abdominal cramps. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if these symptoms are severe. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. Do not use following vigorous exercise or acute dehydration. Do not use with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
