Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) ......................................25 mg

Manganese (manganese citrate) ...............................2.5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides ).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adults take 1 tablet three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
