Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Rice bran oil, gelatin, glycerin, water, annatto extract, silicon dioxide, and lecithin.

RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adults take one softgel 2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

CAUTION

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have a seizure disorder. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
