DESCRIPTION

Black Cohosh is used in Herbal Medicine to help ease nervous tension and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause.

INGREDIENTS

Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) 6.5:1 aerial parts extract equivalent to 650 mg of motherwort .................100 mg

Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root & rhizome extract standardized to 2.5% triterpene glycosides ............80 mg

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 5:1 leaf extract equivalent to 250 mg of lemon balm ................................50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides ).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adults take one tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

WARNINGS

Do not use if pregnant. If breast-feeding, have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
