Phos Choline provides phospholipids that help to support healthy liver function. Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is the primary phospholipid (also known as phosphatide) found in lecithin. It is an important component of cell membranes and is highly concentrated in hepatocytes. PC supports the production and secretion of very low density lipoprotein (VLDL), which transports triglycerides from the liver. Recent research suggests that choline supports liver health.*
