Adults:

Migraine Prophylaxsis: Take one capsule two to three times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Use for a minimum of three months to see beneficial effects.

Cardiovascular Health and Antioxidant: Take one capsule one to three times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitionerIf you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are taking blood pressure medication or blood thinners, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
