DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take four capsules per day two capsules with breakfast and lunch or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take before meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.
