Use Arnicare Sport before, during and after physical effort to help your body recover from overexertion & relieve cramps, aches and muscular fatigue.

HOW TO USE
Adults and children from 6 years old:
Chew and allow tablets to dissolve. Take between meals.
Prior physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet, the day before or immediately prior exertion.
During physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour.
After physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour until improvement.
Do not exceed 10 chewable tablets per day.
WARNINGS
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen for more than 3 days.
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Notice for diabetics: This product contains 1,6 g of glucose per tablet.
Keep out of the reach of children.
