Each softgel contains:

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate)......500mg

Non-medicinal ingredients:

softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob powder), flaxseed oil, lecithin, yellow beeswax

Dosage:

Recommended Dose (Adults 18 Years and Older): 2 softgels once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
