MSM or methylsulfonylmethane is a naturally occurring form of organic sulfur found in living organisms that is commonly used to treat osteoarthritis. In humans, sulfur is present throughout the body in several organic compounds and is a factor in a number of different processes in the body. Non-medicinal ingredients: sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose.   

Suggested Use

(Adult): Take 1 capsule three times daily with food  or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks for beneficial effects. 

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if pregnant or breastfeeding  or if symptoms worsen. Mild gastrointestinal bloating  constipation or indigestion may occur. Avoid taking at bedtime.
