Inositol Caps contain myo-inositol, a B-vitamin-like simple polyol. Inositol forms the basis for phosphatidylinositol  a key cellular phospholipid. Importantly, recent research supports a role for inositol in cellular defense and normal cell growth and differentiation for the maintenance of good health, especially in combination with inositol hexaphosphate (IP6).

Suggested Use

(Adult): Take 1 capsule daily with food  or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. If used in combination with IP6  take 1 capsule per 500 mg of IP6.
