Gymnema sylvestre leaf extract (20:1)  300 mg* 

*Contains 225 mg gymnemic acids 

Non-medicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose  silicon dioxide  may contain sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose.   

Suggested Use

(Adult): Take 1 capsule daily with food  2 hours before or after taking other medications  or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
