Ingredients

Amount: 1 Capsule

1 mg Folic acid (L-5-MTHF)

2.4 mcg Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 

Non-medicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose  silicon dioxide. Capsule: hypromellose. 

Suggested Use

(Adult): Take 1 capsule daily with food  or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. 

Cautions

Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate vitamin B12 or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
