RECOMMENDED USES:
Helps to treat symptoms of sleep disorders. Traditionally used as a sedative for the relief of restlessness or nervousness.

INGREDIENT PER ¼ TEASPOON (1 mL):
Hypericum perforatum Extract 1:1 (St. John’s Wort Flowers)……………………………….1000 mg

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
Purified water and 25% Ethanol.

RECOMMENDED SERVING:
Adults: Take ½ teaspoon (2 mL) three times per day. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

DURATION OF USE:
May be used up to 6 weeks.

CAUTIONS:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid prolonged exposure of sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner if you experience sleep disturbances or taking contraceptives, HIV-1 protease inhibitors, non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, immunosuppressants, anticoagulant, digoxin, theophylline, serotonergic antidepressants, migraine therapies, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and/or anti-epilepsy medications. Do not use if security seal is broken.

STORAGE:
Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within six (6) months after opening.
