RECOMMENDED USES:
Helps support cardiovascular and cognitive health (brain function), the development of the brain, eyes and nerves in children up to 12 years of age, and reduce serum triglycerides/triacylglycerols. Source of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) for the maintenance of good health.

RECOMMENDED SERVING:
Children (1-8 years old): Take one (1) capsule twice per day.
Adolescents (9-18 years old) and Adults: Take one (1) capsule two to three (2-3) times per day.
Suggestion: Because fish oils often “repeat” after taking them (one can taste them again
when belching), it may be a good idea to take fish oils just before going to bed at night.
