CRAMPS & SPASMS

Traditionally used in Western herbalism as an antispasmodic to help alleviate cramps and spasms, particularly menstrual cramps.

INGREDIENTS

Each ml (20 drops) of Crampbark tincture contains

Crampbark organic (Viburnum opulus) tincture 1:3 equivalent to 294 mg of dried bark

Non medicinal ingredient: organic 50% alcohol.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adults: 2 ml (40 drops), 4 times daily.
