Liquid Calcium, Magnesium & D (Mint 340mL)

Each two tablespoons (30 ml) contain:

• Elemental Calcium 480 mg (from 1200 mg calcium carbonate)
• Elemental Magnesium 360 mg (from 600 mg magnesium oxide)
• Vegetarian Vitamin D 200 IU (with ergocalciferol in a herbal base of ginger, fennel and alfalfa)
• Excipients: vegetable glycerin, veegum (natural thickener), potassium sorbate, natural vitamin E, natural flavour.

Each ml contains:

• Calcium (carbonate) 16 mg
• Magnesium (oxide) 12 ml
• Vitamin D (ergocalciferol) 6.67 IU

Contains no dairy, wheat, gluten, corn or animal products.

Main applications

• To help prevent, and to reduce the degree of osteoporosis.
• To help reduce blood pressure levels when hypertension exists.
• Particularly important for those who choose not to eat dairy foods, or who are lactose intolerant. Ideal for those who have problems swallowing tablets or capsules.
