Black Cohosh is a rich source of plant estrogens. It was used by the American Indians, and later by the colonists, to relieve menstrual cramps and symptoms of menopause.

Each Capsule Contains

• Black Cohosh Root 150 mg 3:1 extract (Cimicifuga racemosa)
• Standardized to contain 2.5% triterpene glycosides.
• Excipient: microcrystalline cellulose.

Free from dairy, yeast, wheat, corn, soy or preservatives.

Suggested Adult Use

Take one to two capsules daily.

Contraindications

Should not be used if pregnant or nursing.
